To cleanse and irrigate sinuses: 

How to use Ocean Complete Rinse

  • Attach orange (stream) tip
  • Attach orange adapter to seal nasal passage (optional)
  • Keep head upright and gently insert actuator tip just inside nostril
  • Press down for two to three seconds to flow saline throughout sinuses
  • Some saline may flow out of nostrils or back into throat
  • Gently blow nose or cough to expel fluid
  • Repeat for other nostril

NOTE: Remove nasal adapter before replacing canister cap to avoid leakage. 

 

To mist and moisturize nasal passages: 

How to use Ocean Complete Mist

  • Attach white (spray mist) tip
  • Keep head upright and gently insert actuator tip just inside nostril
  • Press and hold actuator to spray saline mist into dry nasal passage
  • Repeat to moisturize the other nasal passage 

NOTE: Remove nasal adapter before replacing canister cap to avoid leakage. 



WARNINGS:

Avoid spraying in eyes. Contents under pressure. Do not store at temperatures above 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not puncture or incinerate. Keep out of reach of children except under adult supervision. 

TAMPER EVIDENT: Do not use if printed safety seal on canister is broken or missing.
